I made two batches, one with almonds and one with pine nuts, they were both fantastic. I froze them in freezer baggies a half recipe in each bag so I could take out some or use two. I meant to give it five stars. The computer is goofing it up.

Absolutely delicious. I strained the liquids off, after roasting, to add to some gazpacho I made, so I ended up with probably a thicker pesto than the original intent – it was similar to a Genevese pesto in that regard – but the flavors were outstanding.
